This website offers visitors sale of products (Online Store) and services. Purchase of products
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
Pricing
The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and tax is available on the payments page.

We are offering payment with Debit/Credit cards in cooperation with with Wix Payments (payments processed by Adyen B.V.).
Klarna payment methods
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment methods. Payment is to be made to Klarna.

Pay in 14 days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. You can find the complete terms and conditions for the markets where this payment method is available here: Sweden , Norway , Denmark , Finland.

Financing: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. Further information regarding Slice It including terms and conditions and Standard European Consumer Credit Information you can find here for the markets where this payment method is available: Sweden , Norway , Denmark and Finland .
The payment methods Pay in [14] days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on klarna.com . Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarna's privacy statement.
Shipment
A flat rate of 2,5 euros is used for domestic shipment . International shipment is weight-based. Please see more information on the Store pages.
Return and Exchange
For any undamaged and unused product, you can return it with packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. If the product bottle (cap) is damaged, please contact us to arrange replacement. Failing to pick up the package from a post office does not constitute order cancellation, neither does it waive the customer's responsibility to cover the postage and return fees.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not picked up from a post office within the storage period, it is returned to Korkeus Oy, in which case we reserve the right to charge the customer a shipping and restocking fee of 7 euros.
We may, without prior notice, change the services or products we offer; stop providing the services or selling the products; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
Intellectual Property
The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, images, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Korkeus Oy. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.
Right to suspend or cancel user account
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time.
Liability and Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Korkeus Oy harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Korkeus Oy, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Korkeus Oy assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.
