Product descriptions and use

GROWO has all the elements required for plant nutrition in a well-balanced and easily digestible form. The extract's nutrients are assimilated by the plants at the cellular level, which leads to the acceleration of physiological and biochemical processes and allows for maximum absorption of all beneficial substances. GROWO contains humates, humic acids, fulvic acids, amino acids, macro and microelements, vitamins, living soil bacteria, naturally occurring antibiotics and insect repellents. It is approved for use in organic plant growing in accordance with Council of Europe Regulation No. 889/2008. 

Small amounts of extract are mixed with water and the resulting solution is used for watering and/or spraying plants as well as for soaking seeds and treatment of seedlings. 

Preparation

Shake the bottle well before use. Fill a container with water by half, add the extract, mix well and add the rest of the water. The water should be chlorine-free, if it is chlorinated, let it sit for at least 24-48 hours and then mix with GROWO. Use the solution right away. When other mineral fertilizers are used, the extract should be added last. Spraying should preferably be done in the morning, when it's not too hot or windy.

Plant types

Flowers

Flowers treated with GROWO have improved blossoming and rooting, accelerated formation of buds and flowers, increased flower size and tendency to double-flower, stronger stems and deeper petal colors. It also promotes longer preservation of fresh cut flowers. 

APPLICATION:

  1. Seed treatment before sowing: the seeds are immersed in a 3% GROWO solution (1:30 ratio - 3 caps per 1 liter of water) for 6-12 hours. The remaining solution, further diluted by adding 70% water, can be used for irrigation.

  2. Treating bulbous plants: immerse in a 3% solution (1:30 ratio - 3 caps per 1 liter of water) for 1-2 hours and plant immediately;

  3. Treating planting stock: for faster rooting and disease prevention when planting, re-planting and grafting planting stock is immersed in a 3% solution (1:30 ratio - 3 caps per 1 liter of water) for 1 to 3 hours.

  4. Plant nutrition. Flowers: use 1:100 ratio for watering 2x month in the blooming period, 1x month at other times. Use 1:100 ratio for spraying 2x a month. Roses: Use 1:150 ratio (1 cap per 1.5 l) for spraying 2x a month at temperatures higher than +14 С. Use 1:100 ratio for watering roots 2x a month at temperatures higher than +14 С. Orchids:  Blooming period: Use 1:150 ratio for spraying 1x a week. Immerse the flower pot in 1:150 solution for 0.30-2 hours 1x month for root treatment. Outside of blooming period: Immerse the flower pot in 1:150 solution for 0.30-2 hours 1x every 2 months for root treatment.  For treating sick leaves use 1:150 ratio for spraying 1x a week until recovery.  Immerse fresh cut flowers is 1:100 solution for preservation. 

House plants

House plants need our tender loving care as they may not be in ideal growing conditions. In addition to providing our green companions with extra nutrition, GROWO helps house plants adapt to their environment and changes in microclimate. 

House flowers and green plants: Use 1:100 ratio for watering and spraying 2x a month March through October, 1x a month November through February. Succulents: Use 60 ml of 1:250 ratio solution (1 cap per 2.5 l) for watering and spraying 1x a month March through October, 1x in 2 months November through February. Seed treatment: immerse seeds in a 1:30 solution for 6-12 hours. Re-planting and transfer: immerse transplant in a 1:30 solution for 0.30-2 hours and plant right away. 

Ornamentals

GROWO improves decorative qualities of ornamental plants, it adds richness and depth of color to leaves, lengthens the stems, strengthens the root system, gives the plants extra volume and helps plants fare better through the winter period.

Lawn grass

GROWO is a perfect fertilizer for lawn grass, as it is eco-friendly and safe for people and animals. It is great for golf courses and landscape design. GROWO increases germination and seedling emergence, gives thickness, volume and richness of color to the grass and makes it stay greener for longer.

APPLICATION:

  1. Seed treatment before sowing: the seeds are immersed in a 3% GROWO solution (1:30 ratio - 3 caps per 1 liter of water) for 6-12 hours. The remaining solution, further diluted by adding 70% water, can be used for irrigation.

  2. Nutrition. Use 1:100 ratio for sprinkling March through October 2x a month, 1 l of solution per 10 square meters.

Shrubs and trees

GROWO is indispensable for landscape design, as it stimulates growth, improves rooting, increases verdurous masses of foliage, contributes to branch growth, adds depth of color to the leaves, helps the formation of the bush, and prepares plants for the winter period. 

APPLICATION:

  1. Seed treatment before sowing: the seeds are immersed in a 3% GROWO solution (1:30 ratio - 3 caps per 1 liter of water) for 6-12 hours. The remaining solution, further diluted by adding 70% water, can be used for irrigation.

  2. Treating planting stock: for faster rooting and disease prevention when planting, re-planting and grafting planting stock is immersed in a 3% solution (1:30 ratio - 3 caps per 1 liter of water) for 1 to 3 hours.

  3. Nutrition. Use 1:100 ratio for watering and spraying 2x a month. Conifers: Planting: Immerse planting stock's roots into 1:30 solution (100 ml per 3 l of water) for 3-4 hours at 18-20° C. Water the roots with 1:50 (100ml to 5l of water) solution right after planting using 500-800 ml per transplant. Nutrition: Use 1:100 solution to water conifer trees and shrubs 2x a month. Spray tree branches with 1:100 solution if they turn yellow. Use 1:100 for spraying conifer bushes 2x a month. 

Vegetables

Vegetables treated with GROWO retain more moisture, they are higher in sugar, protein and vitamin content. GROWO stimulates bearing, significantly improves taste and smell and prolongs shelf life of vegetables. The extract prevents development of pathogenic microflora, reduces nitrate content, protects plants from heavy metals, harmful fungi and insects. Use of organic fertilizers reduces the risk of food allergies.

APPLICATION:

  1. Tillage: Use 1: 100 ratio (1 cap per 1 l of water) for treating soil after harvest and before sowing.

  2. Seed treatment before sowing: seeds are soaked in a 2% solution (1:50 or 2 caps per 1 l), where they sit for 12-24 hours at 18-20 ° C, after which the seeds are sown immediately. The remaining solution, further diluted by adding 70% water, can be used for irrigation.

  3. Nutrition: Tomatoes: Seedlings: Use 1:100 ratio for spraying 5-7 days before prickling, use 1:50 solution for watering when prickling, and 4-5 days before planting out (100 ml per root). Water with 80ml 1:50 solution/root after rooting, spray with 1:100 solution at the start of flowering, and every 10-12 days after that. Cucumbers: Seedlings: Spray with 1:100 solution at emergence of 2-4 true leaves, water with 1:50 solution 4-5 days before planting out. Use 1:100 solution for 1st spraying during budding. Water with 80ml 1:50 solution/root after stalk reaches 50-70 cm in height, spray with 1:100 solution in 10-12 days and at the same interval thereafter. Carrot: Use a 1:100 solution for 1st watering at emergence of 3-4 leaves, repeat treatment at the intensive growth of leaves stage. Radish: Use a 1:100 solution for 1st watering 5-7 days after germination, and then for 2nd treatment in 7-10 days. Bell peppers, eggplant: Seedlings: spray with a 1:100 solution 5-7 days before prickling out, then water with a 1:100 solution when prickling out. Nutrition: water with a 100:1 solution using 100 ml/root after transplanting. 2nd treatment: spray with a 100:1 solution at the beginning of flowering. 3rd treatment: spray with a 1:100 solution during intensive ovary development. Lettuce and cabbage: Seedlings: spray with a 1:100 solution 5-7 days before planting. Nutrition: water with a 100:1 solution after rooting, spray with a 1:100 solution at the start of head formation. Potatoes: Tubers: soak in a 2% solution (1:50 or 2 caps per 1 l), let them sit there for 12-24 hours at 18-20°C, sow within 1-2 days after that. Nutrition: 1st treatment - spray with a 1:100 solution at full sprouting phase, 2nd treatment - spray with a 1:100 solution during bud formation, 3rd treatment - water with a 1:100 solution after flowering. Zucchini (courgette), squash, pumpkin: 1st treatment: Use a 1:100 solution for spraying at emergence of 3-5 leaves, 2nd treatment - water with a 1:100 solution before flowering, 3rd treatment – spray with a 1:100 solution every 10-12 days during fruit growth, then alternate watering (250 ml/root) with spraying every 14 days. Onions: Onion sets: use a 1:100 solution for spraying at emergence of 2-4 leaves, then water with a 1:100 solution 20-30 days after the 1st treatment. Cultivation from bulbs: soak in a 3% solution (1:30 or 3 caps per 1 l), keep for 12-24 hours at 18-20°C then sow right away. Nutrition: 1st treatment - spray with a 1:100 solution at 5-10 cm of height, 2nd treatment – water with a 100:1 solution in 14-20 days after the 1st treatment, spray with a 1:100 solution if the growth is slow.

Fruits

Fruits treated with GROWO retain more moisture, they are higher in sugar, protein and vitamin content. GROWO stimulates fruiting, preserves natural taste, smell and color of fruit and prolongs fruit storage time. It reduces nitrate content, protects plants from heavy metals, pathogens, harmful fungi and insects. Use of organic fertilizers reduces the risk of food allergies.

APPLICATION:

1. Creating a new orchard. Treating the seedlings: immerse young plant's roots in a 1:30 solution (100 ml per 3 l of water) for 12-24 hours  at 18 - 20° С before planting. Water the roots with a 1:50 (100ml to 5l of water) solution 5-7 days after planting using 500-800 ml per transplant. Spray the foliage 4 times during the growing season every 14-20 days using a 1:100 (100 ml per 10 l) solution.

2.Fruit-bearing orchards: 1st treatment - spraying with a 1:100 solution before budding, 2nd treatment - spraying with a 1:100 solution during budding, 3rd fertilization - use a 1:50 solution for watering 5-7 days after blossoming, 4th/5th treatment - spray with a 1:100 solution at the blossom bud stage, and then at the intensive growth of fruit stage, 6th fertilization - use a 1:50 solution for watering during ripening.

Berries

Berries treated with GROWO are higher in sugar, protein and vitamin content. GROWO stimulates fruiting, preserves natural taste, smell and color of berries and prolongs their storage time. It reduces nitrate content, protects plants from heavy metals, pathogens, harmful fungi and insects. Use of organic fertilizers reduces the risk of food allergies.

APPLICATION:

Raspberry, Blackberry, Currant, Gooseberry

  1. Spring treatment: after snow has thawed, use a 1:100 solution (10 ml of extract per 1 liters of water) for 1st watering, 200 ml per root.

  2. Processing of planting stock: before planting, young bushes are immersed in a vertical position up to the middle into a 1:30  solution (100 ml per 3l of water) and kept for 24 hours at a temperature of 18-20° C. Water with a 1:50 solution (100 ml per 5l of water) after planting, using 1 l per 10 roots. After 5-7 days, repeat watering with a 1:50, using 150 -200 ml per root.

  3. Fertilizing: 1st treatment - spraying with a 1:50 solution in early spring, 2nd treatment - spraying with a 1:100 solution before blossoming (100 ml per 10l), 3rd treatment - use a 1:100 solution for spraying during budding, 4th treatment - water with a 1:100 solution at the green bud stage, and then at the intensive growth of fruit phase, 5th treatment - use a 1:100 solution for spraying during fruiting.

Strawberry

  1. Spring treatment: after snow has thawed, use a 1:50 solution (100 ml of extract per 5 liters of water) for 1st watering, 100 ml per root.

  2. Subsequent treatments of 2-3 year old plants during the vegetation season: 1st treatment: use a 1:100 solution for spraying before budding, 2nd treatment: use a 1:50 solution for watering at the green bud stage, 3rd treatment: use a 1:100 solution for spraying after harvesting.
