Why following GROWO vermicompost extract instructions is so important?

Vermicompost extract is a natural fertilizer whose main action mechanism lies in the microorganisms that are beneficial for the soil and their water-soluble waste products, including humic compounds. These processes are more subtle and complex than simply adding certain nutrients to the soil. That is why certain favorable conditions should be maintained for the fertilizer to work with maximum efficacy. These conditions are listed in the instructions for use and they are easy to follow. 1. Don't exceed the recommended concentration and dosage

2. The water should be chlorine-free. If the water contains chlorine, let it sit for at least 24-48 hours before adding GROWO to it

Chlorine in the water will deactivate the beneficial microorganisms in the extract making it much less effective. Chlorine will evaporate after letting water sit for at least 24 hours in an open container.

3. GROWO should be stored away from direct sunlight at a temperature of + 5°C to + 25°C

When the extract is exposed to temperatures over 25 degrees Celsius for a prolonged time period, bacteria will become active, which over time will affect the extract's quality and efficacy. Normally, in pure extract microorganisms are dormant at pH 9.5, and when diluted with water, the extract will acquire the pH level of the water and the microorganisms will become active as they should.

4. Spraying is better done in the morning when it's not too hot or windy

When plants are sprayed, drops are formed on the leaves. If it is very sunny and hot, those drops can act as a magnifying glass and damage the leaves/greenery. Strong winds lower the chances of the product making good contact with the treated plant.
